The Event Center has:
A 5,615 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom that can seat 575-theater style, 380 banquet-style and 295 classroom-style. The Grand Ballroom can also be divided into three rooms. Ballroom A (1,626 sq. ft.) seats 165 theater, 110 banquet and 85 classroom. Ballroom B (1,812 sq. ft.) seats 185 theater, 120 banquet and 95 classroom. Ballroom C (2,175 sq. ft.) seats 223 theater, 145 banquet and 115 classroom.

The hotel also has:
Three meeting rooms and two board rooms. The Crescent Room seats 60 theater, 50 banquet and 36 classroom. The Jasmine and Sandpiper rooms each seat 50 theater, 45 banquet and 30 classroom. The Heritage and Pendleton board rooms seat 12 around a conference table.
