The second week of camp, held July 24-26, is A Limited Resource: Water Ecology and
Conservation. During these three days from10 am - noon, children will discover the various
uses of water, the adaptations of animals and plants to water, the resources creating
potable water, and the ways that each person can conserve water usage.
Engaging speakers will be a part of these interesting summer camp experiences. There will
also be hands-on learning experiences and experiments to keep those active students
engaged. Children 7 - 12 years old are invited to join the camps, held on three days from 10 am –
noon, where they will focus on the science of water and water conservation.Cost is $55 per child for non-members, $45 per child for BAMA members. Each camp is limited to 15 children, so call the museum today to reserve your child’s spot.
